Work Parties are planned on 3 Sundays during April: 11.4.10, 18.4.10, 25.4.10 0900 - 1200 This is the list of jobs we are aiming to complete: 1. Fix broken slabs on clubhouse entry 2. Insulate water pipes to start box 3. Fix remaining vent covers, lower floor 4. Paint safety edge on clubhouse steps 5. Repair UPVC facia 6. Sand, repair and gloss white paint external window frames 7. Repair no 3 bench in balcony (completed) 8. White, smooth hammerite paint balcony rails 9. Pressure was the front of the clubhouse 10. Sadalin front doors etc. 11. Raise and replace manhole cover in car park 12. Tar/varnish 6 inch strip outside wall 13. Concrete base of external steps to level 14. Reface front of club pontoon 15. New pile to club pontoon 16. Refurbish bar floor 17. Set up equipment and rota to clean slip 18. Boathouse and black hut to be cleared 19. Replace bar window 20. Attach stench pipe to rear of clubhouse 21. Decorate hall, landing and stairs Coffee, bacon rolls, equipment and tools are provided for these three Sunday mornings.
